Free Shipping - Continental US orders
Orders will normally be delivered in eight (8) to ten (10) business days via Ground Delivery. Free Shipping is not available
to all locations, or on certain items noted on the Web Site. If you have an upcoming trip within two weeks of your order date, and need your order to be delivered before that time, do not choose Free Shipping as your method of delivery as the delivery time on Free shipping can take up to 10 business days. A signature release is not required for free shipments.
Standard Shipping - Continental US orders
Orders will normally be delivered in five (5) to seven (7) business days via ground delivery. A signature release is not required for Standard shipments.
Priority Shipping - Continental US orders
Orders will normally be delivered in three (3) to five (5) business days as a Priority shipment. Priority shipping service is not available
to all locations, or on certain items noted on the Web Site. A signature release is not required for Priority shipments.
Express Shipping - Continental US orders
Orders will normally be delivered in two (2) to three (3) business days as an Express shipment. (This applies only to items
in stock at time of order.) Express shipping service is not available to all locations, or on certain items noted on the Web Site.
Please note that Express shipping service is not available for some rural addresses. Express Shipments will require a signature release. If you want
to waive the signature release, please indicate this in the comments area during checkout.
Expedited Shipping - Continental US orders
Orders will normally be delivered in one (1) to two (2) business days as an Expedited shipment. (This applies only to items
in stock at time of order.) Expedited shipping service is not available to all locations, or on certain items noted on the Web Site.
Please note that Expedited shipping service is not available for some rural addresses. Expedited Shipments will require a signature release. If you want
to waive the signature release, please indicate this in the comments area during checkout.
Important Information for Domestic Customers:
Most 2-piece fly rods and two-piece rod tubes will require additional shipping charge up to $6.00 based on the delivery address and the
shipping weight. We will advise you if this is the case, once we receive your order details.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that their delivery address is a safe and secure location for receiving their order. Fly Depot ships all orders
via USPS or Fedex with Delivery Confrimation/Shipment Tracking. There is NO signature confirmation
on most Fly Depot Shipments. Fly Depot is not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen after delivery. Once a Delivery Confirmation has been issued by the
carrier, in most cases USPS and Fedex, the order will be officially delivered to the customer and is now the sole responsibility of the customer. There will be no
refunds or credits on lost or stolen orders once delivered.
Important Information regarding Watercraft Shipment for Domestic Customers:
Shipment of Watercraft such as Pontoon boats and Float Tubes to destinations outside the Continental US (Lower 48 States) including but not limited to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands will require a shipping quotation
prior to order processing. We will contact you after your order is placed and provide you with an exact Shipping Cost for your order.

Important Information for International Customers:
Due to size restrictions most 2-piece Fly Rods and longer Spey Rods can not be shipped outside the United States. Most
3-piece rods and all four, five and six-piece rods can be shipped world-wide.
International Shipping Insurance
International Shipping Insurance will insure your order in the event its gets lost or stolen during the delivery process. Fly Depot can not be held responsible for orders shipped outside the
United States, and Shipping Insurance is an inexpensive way to make sure your order is covered in the event of a loss. Once an order leaves the United States,
we have no control over that order. Should your order get lost, stolen or misdirected, International Shipping Insurance will cover your loss. This insurance is optional, but
be aware that should you decline insurance, and if your order is lost in transit, you will be responsible for the loss. If you opted for International Shipping Insurance and your order
gets lost in transit, the loss is our responsibility.
How much does International Shipping Insurance cost?
International Shipping Insurance costs approximately $7.50 USD for every $500.00 on your order Sub-Total. For example...if your order Sub-Total was $750.00,
your insurance cost would be approximately $11.20 USD.
International Shipments of Oversized Items
Certain oversized items such as Watercraft are subject to additional shipping charges based on destination, weight and shipping carton dimensions. An exact
quotation for shipping charges on all oversized items will be provided once your order is submitted.
International Delivery Addresses
International customers are responsible for the delivery address entered with their order. If an incorrect Delivery Address is submitted with an order, the customer will be responsible,
as we can not verify International delivery addresses.
Please note that certain fly products CAN NOT be shipped outside the continental United States.
